All our Bookkeeping is done remotely and you will always have access to your data.
- Monthly data entry pertaining to all necessary bookkeeping functions.
- Payroll processing (average twice per month).
- Payroll tax filling (monthly, quarterly & yearly).
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Monthly credit card reconciliation.
- Accounts Receivable-invoicing clients, applying payments and accounts reconciliation.
- Accounts Payable-entering invoices, paying bills, mailing out checks & accounts reconciliation.
- Financial Statements on a monthly basis.
- Year-end reconciliation preparation for filling taxes, includes W2s, 1099s & all journal entries.
What we would need from you is access to your bank & credit statements online (for statement only). We use QuickBooks software for both Payroll and Bookkeeping Functions.
We welcome Sole Proprietorship & S Corporations.
